Under one oz. Civil Offense None $100
Over one oz. (first offense) Misdemeanor 6 months (records sealed upon completing probation.) $500
Over one ounce (subsequent offense) Misdemeanor 6 Months $500
Amount of Marijuana (Selling/Cultivation) Type of Crime Sentence Fine
Under 50 lbs. (first offense) Misdemeanor 2 Years $5,000
Under 50 lbs.  (subsequent offesne) Misdemeanor 1-2.5 Years $1,000-$10,000
50-100 lbs. Felony 1 (mandatory) -15 Years $500-$10,000
100-2,000 lbs. Felony 3 (mandatory) -15 Years $2,500-$25,000
2,000 to 10,000 lbs. Felony 5 (mandatory) -15 Years $5,000-$50,000
Over 10,000 lbs. Felony 10 (mandatory)  -15 Years $20,000-$200,000
Within 1,000 feet of school/100 feet of a park. Felony Additional 2 Years (mandatory) - 15 Years $1,000-$10,000

Paraphernalia possession, use or sale (first offense). Misdemeanor 1-2 Years $500-$5,000

If found guilty for any marijuana crime, your license can be suspended from 1-5 years.
