Under 100 lbs.	Felony	10 Years	$10,000
Over 100 lbs.	Felony	25 Months (mandatory)-30 Months	$10,000
Within 1,000 feet of a school.	Felony	Increased Sentence	Increased Fine

First convictions can be removed from record after 2 years with no further criminal violations. A positive drug test is the same as possession.
Any conviction requires offender to undergo a drug addiction evaluation.
