Over 1,000 lbs. Felony 10 Years $100,000
To a minor if seller is over 21. Felony Double Sentence Double Fine
Amount of Marijuana (Miscellaneous) Type of Crime Sentence Fine
Paraphernalia possession or sale. Misdemeanor 1 Year $2,500
Paraphernalia sale to a minor Misdemeanor or Felony. Double Sentence Double Fine
